We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. We receive and store the information you enter on our website. Your information is used to process your order(s), respond to your request(s) and communicate with you regarding your order(s). When you register with Hindostone Products, Inc., we ask for your company name, address, email address, phone number(s) and other business-related information. After you place your first order, you are assigned a unique customer number in our database and you are assigned a sales territory. We will share your company name, address, phone number(s) and email address with our sales group for your territory. We may also, from time to time, share information about you including your company name, contact person, address and telephone number in order to send you information about upcoming trade shows in your area.

Hindostone Products, Inc. gives you the ability to edit your website account information and preferences at any time. Hindostone Products, Inc. will update our customer database accordingly. You may request deletion of your Hindostone Products, Inc. account by emailing customerservice@hindostone.com. Please be advised that your information will remain in our customer database but your status will be changed and your information will not subsequently be shared with anyone for any reason.

Your information is secure and protected through the use of secured socket layer technology (SSL). When you see “https” in the website address and the lock at the bottom of the page, you know your information is secure.

Return and Replacement Policy

All claims for damages or shortages must be reported to us within 10 days of your receipt of the product. All returns must be authorized by us. We will gladly replace broken or defective items. If you are not happy with the quality of your product, the company’s only obligation and the buyer’s exclusive remedy is the replacement of the product at no charge to the buyer. The company shall not be liable for any direct, consequential, or incidental loss or damage. Please contact customer service at 800-288-2191.

Exchange Policy

For registered users of www.hindostone.com, we offer an exchange program. We want you to have the styles of CoasterStone coasters in your store that your customer wants to buy. If you find that you have styles which are not selling, we will be happy to exchange with you. Please call us to authorize the exchange order. Then, simply pack up the coasters and return them to us. No credits will be issued. You, the buyer, pay the freight to return the unwanted coasters to us. We, Hindostone Products, Inc., pay the freight for the exchange shipment. Two additional rules apply. First, seasonal and discontinued coasters are not eligible for this program. Second, your exchange is limited to 10% of your last order.

Other Terms and Conditions

For registered users of www.hindostone.com, terms are payment in advance until credit is established. Advance payment options include credit card, check or Money Order. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express. Our credit card procedure is to authorize an estimated value of your order plus freight at the time the order is placed. When the order is shipped, we capture the credit card charge for the actual amount of the invoice. We will mail you a copy of your invoice. Upon request by you, we can email or fax your invoice to you. Typically, invoices are faxed or emailed the same day as the shipment. Occasionally, this will occur the day following shipment.

Registered users of www.hindostone.com can establish credit terms by providing three trade references and one bank reference. This information can be sent to customerservice@hindostone.com or faxed to 317-704-1111.
